Our Service Cancellation Policy Terms
Reservations for limousines and sedan services (3) hours or greater as well as transfer reservations require a 50 percent deposit to be charged at the time the booking is scheduled. Except for transfer services, (3) hours is the minimum time block that can be booked.
In the event you must cancel your non-transfer service, the 50 percent deposit becomes non-refundable if you cancel your service less than 48 hours prior to contracted start time. We will apply your deposit to a rescheduled service whenever possible.
Transfer service to airports or train stations are subject to a minimum two (2) hour cancellation limit prior to the arranged start time or the 50 percent deposit fee will be forfeited unless the service is rescheduled at a time within 24 hours of the originally contracted service start time.
We realize that sometimes life is just out of your control so please contact our Support Team in the unfortunate event of unusual circumstances that do not allow you to reschedule a service to be completed within 24 hours of cancellation. Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible so we will accommodate you during those “Out of Control” times. Just provide us with documentation of your circumstances and we will extend the 24-hour limit or in some cases forgive the penalty altogether.
North Miami Limousine Rules of Conduct Terms
We want you to enjoy your transportation service but we also want to make sure that all the passengers in your party and those in future parties have a pleasant limousine service experience as well.
- We do not permit smoking our vehicles. Smoke permeates the carpets & upholstery and leaves a film on all surfaces that is not easily removed. If you or anyone in your party chooses to disregard this regulation, you will be billed for an interior detailing service including shampooing of carpets and upholstery.
- In the event of spills or other damage or soiling to the vehicle interior surfaces caused by any passenger, a $250 cleaning charge will be applied to the credit card on file.
- Alcohol is permitted to be served in our vehicles. If there are any passengers under 21 years of age, please make us aware that you have underage passengers in your party and we will be happy to provide you with a free non-alcoholic sparkling beverage instead of wine.
- For the personal safety of passengers and staff, North Miami Limousine reserves the right to allow our representatives, including the chauffeur to refuse transportation service to any passenger that is inebriated or otherwise guilty of any type of gross misconduct. The chauffeur will be happy to call the offending individual a cab or Uber if they are incapable of making the call themselves.
